  Penn State Neon Clock 15"
 Our Penn State Neon Clock 15" features a chrome casing and a neon ring that accents the clock face, lit by a brilliant white, inner neon ring. The neon ring is easily turned on and off with a pull chain on the bottom of the clock. Accurate quartz movement is powered by a single, AA battery (not included).
